I disabled it in the start up menu which helped but I'm still getting random pop ups. I thought if I created an account I could change the settings so it would quit bugging me but I have gone as far as I can without paying them. You saw remnants of it so I tried to reinstall it but it's now constantly reminding me to sign into their website (and pay them) to finish the install.

I tried to uninstall it a year ago but was unsuccessful. Based upon the state of the laptop when I received it, this makes perfect sense. I run from these types of programs but it makes me wonder if my Grandmother paid someone to remotely access her computer and make a mess of it. Apparently it's a remote program you have to pay for. I'm assuming LogMeIn is okay to uninstall. Anyway, do you have any words of advice on uninstalling both programs? I found uninstall instructions but am fearful of the source of the websites providing the instructions so I don't want to proceed. I scanned my system and it came up clean so I'm beginning to think the flash is a normal thing and nothing to worry about. I could envision all the work we've done going down the drain and you wanting to strangle me. I installed again and upon completion my screen flashed.

The website said I had to re-install it to uninstall it. Apparently both programs have issues with being difficult to uninstall.

Neither were in the add/remove list so Revo was no help there. Unrelated question: After running Delfix, I decided to uninstall and LogMeIn. I have zipped the only Tweaking logs I could find. There are no Tweaking files in the C drive. I forgot to zip the Delfix log so I have copy and pasted it below.
